Volkswagen: Elli and LOGPAY Transport Services merge

(CercleFinance.com) - Volkswagen Group announces the merger of LOGPAY Transport Services GmbH (a subsidiary of Volkswagen Financial Services AG) and the mobility services segments of Volkswagen Group Charging GmbH (Elli) to strengthen its electric charging and refueling services.


This strategic merger will make it possible to offer a coherent set of mobility services and a wide range of solutions to support private and business customers in their transition to electromobility.

Elli Mobility GmbH, the 100%-owned subsidiary of Volkswagen Group Charging GmbH (Elli), is scheduled to start operations in March 2025.
