Exosens: HLD Europe's shareholding falls below 50%.

(CercleFinance.com) - On January 14, the concert, comprising HLD Europe SCA, Invest Prince Henri SCA and Invest Gamma, declared to the AMF that it had fallen below the thresholds of 50% of the capital and voting rights in Exosens, following an off-market sale of shares.


This concerted action specified that it held 23,278,438 Exosens shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 45.84% of the capital and voting rights of this high-tech electro-optical detection and imaging systems company.
