Bourse Direct: 2024 sales up with new customers

(CercleFinance.com) - Bourse Direct shares rose slightly on Tuesday morning on the Paris Bourse, buoyed by the announcement of a 13.
1% increase in sales to 75.4 million euros in 2024.

At 11:40 a.m., shares in the company specializing in online trading were timidly up 0.2% in volumes that were nevertheless almost three times their average for the last four sessions on Euronext.

At the same time, the CAC Mid & Small index gained 0.2%.

In a press release, Bourse Direct announced that it had generated individual sales of 67.4 million euros last year, against 60.4 million euros in 2023, an increase of 11.6%.

Its subsidiary Exoé, a trading desk for asset management professionals, recorded a 28.1% increase in sales, to eight million euros.

Bourse Direct reports that more than 4.6 million orders were executed on its direct clientele last year, up 3.7% on 2023.

New account recruitment grew by 14% compared with 2023, with Bourse Direct counting almost 368,000 accounts at December 31, up 17.8% year-on-year.

Bourse Direct plans to publish its annual results on February 28.
