3M: Q4 EPS almost flat

(CercleFinance.com) - The Industrial conglomerate 3M has reported Q4 2024 adjusted EPS that is down 1% to $1.
68, with an adjusted operating margin down 0.2 point to 19.7% on adjusted sales of $5.81bn (+2.1% organic).

For FY 2024 it therefore posted adjusted EPS of $7.30, at the high end of its target range given three months ago ($7.20-$7.30), with organic growth in adjusted sales of 1.2%, in line with its forecast of around 1%.

For 2025, 3M's management expects adjusted EPS of $7.60 to $7.90, adjusted operating cash flow of between $5.2bn and $5.3bn, and adjusted sales growth of between 0.5% and 1.5% (organic sales growth of between 2% and 3%).
