Atos: Safran could buy Eviden activities

(CercleFinance.com) - Safran could acquire certain Eviden activities, according to La Lettre.
The sale's amount has not yet been decided, and the valuation of the assets is the subject of major negotiations, according to La Lettre.

Note that Atos has changed its mind about the future of BDS, deciding at the end of November to sell the company by part, Invest Securities says.

The French State is in exclusive negotiations to buy the Advanced Computing activities on the basis of a valuation of E500m+E125m in earn-outs, while Atos should launch separate auction processes for the 2 other activities: Mission Critical Systems and Cybersecurity Products, Invest Securities adds.
