Continental: Korbach plant certified ISCC PLUS

(CercleFinance.com) - Continental announces that its Korbach (Germany) tire plant has recently been awarded ISCC PLUS certification, making it the fourth plant in the group to receive this distinction.


This certification recognizes Continental's commitment to using more sustainable materials and ensuring transparent traceability of the raw materials used in its production process.

The Group's objective is to use 100% sustainable materials in its products by 2050.

In addition to the Korbach plant, those in Lousado (Portugal), Hefei (China) and Puchov (Slovakia) also benefit from this certification, the manufacturer points out.
