Share price rises, BofA sees potential

(CercleFinance.com) - Aéroports de Paris (ADP) shares sailed against the market trend on Monday, posting one of the strongest gains on the SBF 120 index after Bank of America published a note in which the broker saw a potential upside of at least 40% for the stock.

Shortly before 2:00 p.m., the stock gained 1.8%, while the SBF lost more than 0.5% at the same time.

In a note released in the morning, BofA said it remained positive on the airport operator, expecting a gradual recovery in traffic this year.

The U.S. bank also stated that it expects the retail momentum, combined with reassuring international trends (TAV Airports), to enable the Group to exceed consensus forecasts by 3% to 5% over the 2025-2027 period.

The New York-based firm, which is maintaining its buy recommendation on the stock, sees upside potential of over 40% up to its price target of 155 euros.

ADP will publish its annual results for 2024 on February 19.
