Sopra Steria: share buyback program finalized

(CercleFinance.com) - Sopra Steria announces that it has completed the share buyback program announced on October 2, 2024 for a total of 150 million euros, the execution of which had been entrusted to an investment services provider.


Over the purchase period between October 2, 2024 and January 28, 2025, the IT services group acquired 858.163 shares at an average price of 174.792 euros per share and for a total amount of 150 million euros.

As a reminder, Sopra Steria indicated at the beginning of October that the shares purchased were intended for cancellation and that this program followed the sale of Sopra Banking Software activities.
