OVH: cancellation of nearly 38.9 million shares completed
(CercleFinance.com) - OVH Groupe announces that it has carried out the capital reduction decided by its Board of Directors on January 23, through the cancellation of 38,888,889 treasury shares representing around 20.
4% of the share capital. The cloud services group points out that the shares thus cancelled were acquired between December 18, 2024 and January 6, as part of its public share buyback offer (OPRA). Following this cancellation, its share capital now comprises 151,651,536 shares, including 1,244,756 treasury shares held on January 28 under the liquidity contract and share buyback program with Rothschild Martin Maurel.
