Bureau Veritas: The Capital Group holds less than 5% of the capital

(CercleFinance.com) - The Capital Group Companies, acting on behalf of funds, has declared to the AMF that on January 30 it crossed below the threshold of 5% of the capital of Bureau Veritas, following the sale of shares on the market.


The declarant stated that it held 20,722,118 Bureau Veritas shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 4.57% of the capital and 3.55% of the voting rights of the testing, inspection and certification services group.
