Publicis: 5% increase in annual recurring EPS

9% increase in recurring EPS to E7.30 for 2024, with a stable operating margin rate at 18%, for net income growth of 6.6% to nearly E14bn (+5.8% organic).

We finished the year in first place in all areas, growing three times faster than other holding companies in the sector and five times faster than consulting groups, it said.

Claiming FCF before changes in WCR of E1.84bn, the communications group will propose a dividend of E3.60 per share for 2024, up 5.9%, paid entirely in cash.

For 2025, Publicis is targeting organic growth of between +4% and +5%, an operating margin slightly above 18%, and free cash flow of between E1.9bn and E2bn.
