Scor: EGPI up by more than 9% for January 2025
(CercleFinance.com) - Scor claims EGPI (estimated gross premium income per underwriting year) growth of 9.
6% for the January 2025 renewals, with an expected underwriting profitability that remains unchanged, at an attractive level. The reinsurer highlights EGPI growth of 8.1% in engineering, marine, decennial insurance and international liability, as well as strong momentum in alternative solutions, where EGPI is up 29.6%. For future renewals in 2025, Scor expects to maintain underwriting discipline and prices adapted to the underlying risk.
