HF Company: towards the sale of LEA Networks
(CercleFinance.com) - HF Company announces that it has received and approved a proposal for the acquisition of LEA Networks from Thierry Fernandez, currently Managing Director of this subsidiary, in association with an industrialist specializing in IT networks and infrastructures.
The sale will be completed in principle by March 30 at the latest. The proposed enterprise value is 1,203,000 euros, with a payment of 700,000 euros at the latest by the end of March 2025, plus an additional price of 500,000 euros to be paid until 2027. LEA Networks posted sales of 3,094,000 euros, down 21%, with an estimated net loss of 490,000 euros for fiscal year 2024. The outcome of this operation will mark the end of the HF Group's refocusing.
