SLB: agreement with Vår Energi for subsea systems
(CercleFinance.com) - SLB announces an agreement between its OneSubsea joint venture and Vår Energi for the supply of a major subsea production systems (SPS) package.
This agreement builds on the existing strategic partnership between the two companies for standardized subsea equipment, supporting several oil and gas developments on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS). Under this program, SLB will deliver two equipment packages. The first comprises a complete SPS system for four wells, including vertical subsea shafts, wellheads, templates, manifolds and umbilicals.
