ING: more than half of share buy-backs completed
(CercleFinance.com) - ING announces that, as part of its two-billion-euro share buyback program, a total of 4.
55 million shares were bought back last week at an average price of 16.06 euros, for a total consideration of almost 73.1 million euros.
This brings the total number of shares bought back by the Dutch bank to date to 68.5 million, for a total consideration of almost 1.04 billion euros, or around 51.9% of the maximum total value of the program announced on October 31.
