Esker: nearly 948,000 shares tendered to the takeover bid

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext Paris has informed the AMF that as of January 30, the final date set for the submission of orders to reopen the takeover bid initiated by SAS Boréal Bidco for Esker shares, it had received 947,693 shares.


The bidder therefore holds, in concert with Boréal Topco, Jean-Michel Bérard, Emmanuel Olivier and Jean-Jacques Bérard, 5,657,562 Esker shares, i.e. 92.93% of the capital and at least 92.68% of the voting rights of this company.

Settlement and delivery of the reopened offer will take place in accordance with the timetable communicated by Euronext Paris. The listing of Esker shares will remain suspended pending implementation of the squeeze-out.
