Emeis: EBITDAR growth exceeds 6% in 2024
(CercleFinance.com) - Dependency care group Emeis (formerly Orpea) reported EBITDAR growth of 6.
3% to E740m for 2024, exceeding its target range of E710m to E730m. At E5.64bn, sales grew by 8.3% organically, with solid growth particularly in retirement homes (+10.8%), with occupancy rates up in all zones and all business lines (+2.7 points on average, to 85.8%). Emeis believes that the recovery momentum of H2 2024 should continue into 2025, enabling it to anticipate a further recovery in operating margins, and anticipates EBITDAR growth of between 15% and 18% LFL in 2025.
