Linde: EPS up 11% in Q4

(CercleFinance.com) - For the last three months of 2024, Linde reported adjusted EPS up 11% to $3.
97 (+13% excluding currency effects), with an adjusted operating margin improved by 2.5 points to 29.9% on stable revenues of $8.3 billion (+2% underlying).

"Linde has once again delivered first-class results in 2024, despite a challenging environment, reflecting the resilience of our model and the outstanding execution of our employees," comments Sanjiv Lamba, CEO of the industrial gases group.

With a project backlog of $10.4 billion, Linde forecasts adjusted EPS of between $16.15 and $16.55 for 2025, compared with $15.51 in 2024 (i.e., expected growth of 8-11% excluding currency effects).
