Spie: contracts with two logistics centers in Germany

(CercleFinance.com) - Spie announces that it has won two new technical facility management contracts for Gebr.
Heinemann's logistics centers in Erlensee, near Frankfurt, and Hamburg-Allermöhe, Germany.

Services include the maintenance, inspection and repair of complex, highly automated building systems, as well as the ongoing modernization of facilities, with the aim of reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions.

Spie points out that Gebr. Heinemann is one of the 'most important wholesale and retail traders in the international travel market'.

The company operates duty-free and travel-value stores at international airports, as well as stores on board cruise ships and at land borders.
