3M: General Manager to become CEO
(CercleFinance.com) - 3M announced on Monday that its CEO William Brown had been chosen to become the next chairman of the American industrial group's board of directors, effective from 1 March.
Bill Brown will succeed Michael Roman, who has informed the US conglomerate of his intention to resign as chairman of the board on the same date.
3M also announced on Monday that David Bozeman, a former Ford executive who is currently CEO of logistics company C.H. Robinson, has joined the board.
His appointment comes as Amy Hood, who has been on the board since 2017, has informed 3M of her intention not to seek re-election as a director following the next AGM.
