ASMi: joins CDP's prestigious 'A List

(CercleFinance.com) - ASM International reports that for the first time it has made the prestigious CDP 'A List' for Climate and Water, the global environmental organization underlining its leadership in sustainability.


Out of more than 22,000 submissions, ASM is one of only a handful of semiconductor companies to achieve this distinction in both categories.

The company has been reporting its environmental performance to CDP for thirteen years, and by 2024 will have achieved 100% renewable electricity at all its sites.

Its climate transition plan aims for carbon neutrality by 2035, a target validated by SBTi.

ASM is also investing in improving the energy efficiency of its equipment and the environmental certification of its infrastructures.
