Carmila: Recurring EPS up over 4% in 2024
(CercleFinance.com) - The retail property company Carmila has announced a 4.
5% increase in recurring EPS to E1.67 for 2024, with net rental income up by a sustained 8.3% to E370.7m (+4.2% in organic terms).
Carmila also boasts an excellent sales momentum, with 942 leases signed and positive reversion of +3%, as well as an asset value of E6.7bn, up 13% (+0.9% LFL) with the integration of Galimmo.
Carmila will propose a dividend of 1.25 euros per share (+4.2%) and will launch a new share buyback program of E10m in 2025, a year for which it anticipates recurring EPS of E1.75 (+4.8%).
