Sodexo: Artisan Partners exceeds 5% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - Artisan Partners Limited Partnership, acting on behalf of funds and clients, declared to the AMF that on February 5 it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Sodexo's voting rights, following the acquisition of shares on the market.


The declaring party stated that it held 9,966,627 Sodexo shares on behalf of the aforementioned funds and clients, representing 6.74% of the capital and 5.004% of the voting rights of the foodservices and facilities management group.
