Exclusive Networks: OPAS to begin on February 13
(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF announces that the simplified tender offer for Exclusive Networks shares, filed by BNP Paribas, Lazard Frères Banque, Morgan Stanley Europe and Société Générale on behalf of SAS Etna French Bidco, will be open from February 13 to 28, 2025 inclusive.
Currently holding 69,973,626 shares, the offeror irrevocably undertakes to purchase all 20.683,428 existing shares not held by it, representing 22.56% of the cybersecurity solutions group's capital. Following the close of the offer, and if the required conditions are met, the offeror intends to request the implementation of a squeeze-out for Exclusive Networks shares not tendered to the offer, again at a price of 18.96 euros per share.
