Euronext: adjusted EPS up nearly 20% in 2024

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext reports adjusted net income of E682.
5m (+16.7%) for 2024, or E6.59 per share (+19.6%), and adjusted EBITDA of nearly E1.01bn (+16.4%), or a margin of 61.9% (+3.3 points).

Sales for the pan-European stock exchange group rose by 10.3% to almost E1.63bn, notably driven by 14.2% growth in trading activities, and 19% in clearing activities.

A 14% increase in dividend payout to E292.8m will be proposed to the AGM on 15 May, representing 50% of reported net income in 2024, in line with Euronext's dividend policy.

In 2025, we are building the foundations to achieve our 2027 growth targets, and investing to innovate in the service of growth, it says.
