Gecina: Crédit Agricole CEO to join the Board of Directors
(CercleFinance.com) - Coinciding with the publication of its annual results, Gecina announces that its Board of Directors has decided to propose the appointment of Philippe Brassac to the Board of Directors for a four-year term at the AGM on April 17.
Currently CEO of Crédit Agricole SA, Philippe Brassac "brings strategic expertise and solid experience in governance that will enrich the skills of the real estate group's Board of Directors". Subject to his appointment by the AGM, the Board of Directors will vote on his appointment as Chairman of the Board, replacing Jérôme Brunel, whose term of office is due to expire but who will remain a director.
