Pernod Ricard: Wellington MG below 5% of capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Wellington Management Group LLP, acting on behalf of funds and clients, has declared to the AMF that on February 12 it crossed below the threshold of 5% of the share capital of Pernod Ricard, following the sale of shares on the market.


The declaring party specified that it held, on behalf of the said funds and clients, 12,410,855 Pernod Ricard shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 4.92% of the share capital and 4.10% of the voting rights of the spirits group.
