Clariane: amendment and extension of syndicated credit facility

(CercleFinance.com) - Clariane announces an amendment and extension of its unsecured syndicated loan (term loan and revolving loan) for an amount of 625 million euros, whose final maturity is now set at May 2029, instead of May 2026.


At the same time, the dependency care group has put in place a new real estate credit line for an amount of 150 million euros, also with a final maturity of May 2029.

Clariane has also adopted the 'Wholeco' consolidated leverage ratio as its benchmark, and specifies that its syndicated loan is now indexed to environmental, social and governance (ESG) objectives.
