InterContinental: EPS up 15% in 2024
(CercleFinance.com) - InterContinental Hotels Group reports 2024 adjusted EPS that is up 15% to $4.
32, with non-GAAP operating profit up 10% to $1.12bn, on adjusted revenues that rose 7% to $2.31bn.
Also on a non-GAAP basis, the luxury hotel chain claims a 3% improvement in RevPAR (revenue per available room), with increases of 2.5% in the Americas and 6.6% in EMEAA, but a 4.8% decline in Greater China.
A final dividend that is up 10% to over $1.14 per share will be proposed, which, together with a new $900m share buyback program, will take the expected distribution to shareholders in 2025 to over $1.1bn.
