Eni: continuation of its share buyback program

(CercleFinance.com) - During the period February 10 to 14, 2025, Eni acquired 3,575,792 shares on Euronext Milan (representing 0.
11% of the share capital), at a weighted average price per share equal to 13.9829 euros, for a total amount of 50,000,006.67 euros as part of the second tranche of its treasury share program.

Since the start of the second tranche of the share buyback program on June 13, 2024, Eni has acquired 134,839,139 shares (or 4.11% of the share capital) for a total amount of 1,867,565,073.22 euros.
