Covivio Hotels: 8% increase in EPRA Earnings in 2024

(CercleFinance.com) - Property company Covivio Hotels has reported an 8.
1% increase in recurring net income (EPRA Earnings) to 258.1 million euros at the end of December 2024, or 1.74 euros per share, driven by higher revenues.

The strong performance of the hotel market and its hotels over the year resulted in revenue growth of 4.1% on a reported basis and 7.2% on a like-for-like basis, to 334.6 million euros.

At the AGM on April 15, the company will propose the distribution of a dividend of 1.50 euros per share, an increase of 15%, with the option for shareholders to opt for payment of this dividend in shares.

Looking ahead to 2025, Covivio Hotels states that it 'intends to pursue its development and continue its asset management actions to extract value potential from its existing assets'.
