Accenture: creation of a joint venture in Japan
(CercleFinance.com) - Infroneer and Accenture have announced the signing of an agreement for the creation of a joint venture, Infroneer Strategy & Innovation.
This company will promote innovation for the construction and operation of infrastructure in Japan. The investment structure of the joint venture is 81% owned by Infroneer HD and 19% by Accenture. The joint venture will be established on April 1, 2025, and will have around 100 employees. Atsushi Egawa, CEO of Accenture Japan, said: 'This joint venture is Accenture's first initiative in the construction sector in Japan, which will not only accelerate the competitiveness of the Infroneer Group, but also help to solve the structural challenges currently facing Japan'.
