Accor: record EBITDA in 2024

(CercleFinance.com) - Accor reports 2024 net income (group share) of E610m, compared with E633m the previous year (-3.
6%), despite recurring EBITDA up 12% to a record E1.12bn.

The hotel chain posted sales of E5.61bn, up 11%, broken down into a 5% rise for the premium, mid-range and economy divisions, and a 19% rise for the luxury & lifestyle division.

Based on these results and its dividend payout policy since 2019, Accor will submit for approval at the AGM on 28 May the payment of an ordinary dividend of E1.26 per share, up 7%.

The group confirms its outlook for 2023-27, including average annual growth in recurring EBITDA of 9% to 12% and RevPAR of 3% to 4%, and plans a share buyback program worth E440m in 2025.
