Casino: repayment to Quatrim bondholders

(CercleFinance.com) - Casino announces that on February 18 it redeemed 30 million euros of the secured debt carried by its subsidiary Quatrim, including 28.
5 million euros of principal and 1.5 million euros of accrued interest on the principal redeemed.

Following the transaction, the nominal amount of Quatrim's secured bonds will be reduced to 272 million euros and the PIK interest accrued between March 27, 2024 and October 5, 2024 will be reduced to 5.1 million.

PIK interest for the period between March 27 and October 5, 2024 will be capitalized on April 6, 2025, and interest accrued between October 6 and April 5, 2025, relating to the residual nominal debt, will also be paid or capitalized on April 6.
