Clariane: big reduction in net loss in 2024
(CercleFinance.com) - Clariane reports net loss (group share) (pre-IFRS 16) of -E20m for FY 2024, compared with -E63m in 2023, and a pre-IFRS 16 EBITDA margin up 30bp to 11.
3%. The dependency care group posted annual sales of E5.28bn, up 6.6% on an organic basis, supported by all businesses and regions, compared with an annual target of over +5%. Clariane expects EBITDA growth before IFRS 16 and pro-forma divestments of between +6% and +9% in 2025, supported by organic sales growth of around +5%.
