Dassault Systèmes: acquires Contentserv

(CercleFinance.com) - Dassault Systèmes reports that its subsidiary Centric Software has signed an agreement to acquire Contentserv, a provider of product information management and product experience management solutions, for an enterprise value of E220m.


Centric Software offers its customers innovative enterprise solutions for planning, designing, developing, sourcing, pricing and selling many types of consumer goods, in order to achieve their digital transformation objectives.

The enterprise software company states that this transaction is expected to be finalized in the coming weeks, subject to regulatory approvals and other conditions customary for a transaction of this nature.
