ING: more than 62% of share buybacks completed
(CercleFinance.com) - ING announces that, as part of its two-billion-euro share buyback program, a total of almost 3.
11 million shares were bought back last week at an average price of 16.52 euros, representing a total amount of almost 51.4 million euros.
This brings the total number of shares bought back by the Dutch bank to date to almost 81.3 million, for a total consideration of 1.24 billion euros, or around 62.1% of the total maximum value of the program announced on October 31.
