GM: Super Cruise named 'best assistance system
(CercleFinance.com) - GM reports that MotorTrend has named its Super Cruise as the 'best driver assistance system in the automotive industry' in its inaugural 'Best Tech Awards'.
Launched in 2017, Super Cruise enables hands-free driving on compatible roads.
GM plans to extend its availability to around 750,000 miles of roads in the US and Canada by the end of 2025.
Since its launch, customers have driven hundreds of millions of miles with this technology, now offered on more than 20 models.
