Eiffage: refinancing of â?¬2.4 billion in credit lines

(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage announces that APRR and Financière Eiffarie have refinanced their credit lines contracted in 2020.


The transaction, oversubscribed by 35% by a syndicate of 17 relationship banks, is for a total of 2.4 billion euros and comprises two credit lines.

APRR is offering a 'RCF1' revolving credit line for general corporate purposes, in the amount of 1.5 billion euros - compared with 2 billion euros previously - in view of the increase in available cash. Currently unused, it will ensure APRR's liquidity

Financière Eiffarie has also set up a term credit line for an initial amount of 0.9 billion euros.

Concluded for a period of 5 years, with two possible extensions of one year each, these facilities extend the financing horizon of APRR and Financière Eiffarie, in line with the Group's policy of proactive liquidity management.
