Accor: E600m bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Following the publication of record 2024 results last week, Accor reports that it has successfully placed an eight-year bond issue for E600m, with a coupon of 3.
50%.

This transaction enables the hotel group to take advantage of the current good market conditions and significantly extend the average maturity of its debt. The proceeds of the issue will be used for general corporate purposes.

The success of this issue reflects Accor's credit quality and investors' confidence in its business model, growth potential and financial structure, it says.
