Eiffage: E2.4bn credit facility refinanced

(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage has announced that APRR and Financière Eiffarie have refinanced their credit lines contracted in 2020.


The transaction, 35% oversubscribed by a syndicate of 17 relationship banks, totals E2.4bn and comprises two credit lines.

APRR is offering a E1.5bn "RCF1" revolving credit facility for general corporate purposes, compared with E2bn previously, in view of the increase in available cash. This facility, which is currently unused, will ensure APRR's liquidity.

Financière Eiffarie has also set up a term loan facility for an initial E0.9bn.

Agreed for a period of 5 years, with two possible extensions of one year each, these facilities extend the financing horizon of APRR and Financière Eiffarie in line with the group's proactive liquidity management policy.
