Worldline: new CEO appointed

(CercleFinance.com) - Worldline announces that its Board of Directors has decided to appoint Pierre-Antoine Vacheron as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 March.
He will succeed Marc-Henri Desportes, who has held the position on an interim basis since October 2024.

Pierre-Antoine Vacheron has over 30 years' experience in the payments, retail and banking sectors, most recently as Managing Director of Payments for Groupe BPCE and Managing Director of Natixis Payments.

The Board considered that the company required a new external profile. His priorities will include transforming Worldline's performance, enhancing the customer experience and promoting talent and corporate culture.
