SES: 42% drop in adjusted net profit in 2024

6% drop in adjusted net profit to E126m for 2024, despite virtually flat adjusted EBITDA (+0.9% at constant exchange rates) at E1.03bn, for revenues down slightly (-1.4%) at E2bn (-0.9% at constant exchange rates).
The Luxembourg-based satellite operator reported 2.9% growth in revenues from its network activities, driven by government (+6.4%) and mobility (+7.1%), while revenues from its media activities contracted by 5.3%.
A final dividend of E0.25 per A share (E0.10 per B share) will be proposed by the Board of Directors at the AGM on 3 April, bringing the total dividend for 2024 to E0.50 per A share (E0.20 per B share).
Having reached or slightly exceeded the upper end of its target ranges for the past year, SES anticipates broadly stable adjusted EBITDA for 2025, and unchanged revenues compared with 2024, at constant exchange rates.
