Seb: OP from ord activities up over 10% in 2024

(CercleFinance.com) - The Seb group has announced a 9.
3% increase in adjusted net income to 422 million euros for 2024, as well as a 10.5% increase in operating profit from ordinary activities to 802 million euros, representing an operating margin of 9.7% compared with 9.1% in 2023.

The small electrical appliance manufacturer posted sales of E8.27bn, up 5% organically (+3.2% on a reported basis), with 6% growth in the consumer business more than offsetting a 4.5% decline in the professional business.

At the AGM on 20 May, the Board of Directors will propose a dividend of E2.80 per share for 2024, up 6.9%, plus a 10% loyalty bonus for holders of registered shares for more than two years.

Looking forward to 2025 with confidence and determination, ready to pursue this trajectory, Seb Group anticipates another year of organic sales growth, accompanied by a further increase in EBITDA.
