Nvidia: results above expectations again
(CercleFinance.com) - Last night AI chipmaker Nvidia reported adjusted EPS (non-GAAP) of $0.
89 for Q4 2024-25, up 71% y-o-y and above analysts' expectations. NB: pmt +2.6%.
Its non-GAAP gross margin was 73.5%, down 3.2 pts y-o-y, on sales that rose 78% to $39.3bn. Adjusted net income for the quarter was $22bn, up 72%.
FY sales were $130.5bn (+114%), with adjusted net income of $74.2bn (+130%) and adjusted EPS of $2.99 (+130%).
We successfully launched large-scale production of Blackwell AI supercomputers, achieving several billion dollars in sales in Q1. AI is advancing at breakneck speed, while agentic AI and physical AI are paving the way for a new era that will revolutionize the biggest industries, Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of Nvidia said.
Nvidia is targeting Q1 2026 sales of $43bn plus or minus 2%.
