Safran: early redemption of OCEANE 2028 bonds
(CercleFinance.com) - Safran announced on Friday that it would redeem early all of its convertible bonds (Océanes) originally due in 2028.
Of the 4.03 million Océanes issued in 2021, the conversion rights attached to 226.496 of them have so far been exercised, which means that 3.8 million shares are still outstanding. In a press release, the aeronautical equipment supplier states that these bonds, which are listed on the market, are due to be redeemed on April 1 at their nominal value per bond, i.e. 180.89 euros per Océane.
