Exclusive Networks: Etna French Bidco exceeds 90% stake
(CercleFinance.com) - On February 21, Etna French Bidco declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the thresholds of 90% of the capital and voting rights in Exclusive Networks, and held 90.
77% of the capital and voting rights in the cybersecurity solutions group. This crossing of thresholds results from the acquisition of Exclusive Networks shares on the market by the declarant, and from contributions in kind of shares to entities controlling the declarant, as part of its simplified tender offer.
