Ubisoft: Goldman Sachs Group below 10% of capital

(CercleFinance.com) - The Goldman Sachs Group has declared to the AMF that on February 21, 2025, through the intermediary of companies it controls, it crossed below the threshold of 10% of the share capital of Ubisoft Entertainment and indirectly held 9.
99% of the share capital and 9.10% of the voting rights of this company at this date.

This threshold crossing results from the expiry of financial instruments.
