Stellantis: two new directors to be proposed

(CercleFinance.com) - Stellantis announced on Monday that it will propose the appointment of two new directors at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 15.

The carmaker states in a press release that it intends to place the appointment of Alice Davey Schroeder, a former investment banker with Morgan Stanley, on the meeting's agenda.

Stellantis says the businesswoman will bring her expertise in finance, accounting and corporate governance.

Stellantis also plans to propose the ratification as director of Israeli-American entrepreneur and scientist Daniel Ramot, co-founder and CEO of transportation technology company Via.

If elected by shareholders, both directors will serve a two-year term.

The re-election of Fiona Cicconi, Nicolas Dufourcq, Ann Godbehere, Claudia Parzani and Benoît Ribadeau-Dumas will also be put to a shareholder vote.
