Safran: BlackRock crosses the 5% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, has declared to the AMF that on February 27, 2025, it exceeded the threshold of 5% of the share capital of Safran and held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.
05% of the share capital and 3.97% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from an increase in the number of Safran shares held as collateral.
